5.28.13

Training (quickly!) for the MB Marathon 10k coming up on Father's Day. After several sessions of only running I decided to go back to the run/walk method I used last year (Jeff Galloway method) and I did amazing on my run today! After doing 5k in 35 and 34 minutes the two days before, I did it in 32m28s as part of my 4 miler today!
